Return Process
No matter the reason, you can return any items within 30 days from the day you received the order. Once this period has elapsed, we won't accept the return anymore. Start the whole return process by emailing us at support@zymofa.com. We will then send you a detailed information that you will need to follow. Make sure the items you wish to return are unused and with all the original tags still attached. Then pack them up carefully and send them to us. Please use a reliable courier so that the package won't get lost. Bear in mind that you are responsible to cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will refund you the original amount to the same account that was used to pay for the order. We won't charge any restocking fees. Please be patient, as the process might take up to 7 days.
Exchanges
Want a different item? No problem, just email us at support@zymofa.com with the item details. We’ll guide you through the exchange process. Items must be in new-like condition with tags intact. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us at support@zymofa.com as soon as possible. Once your order enters the processing stage, cancellation may no longer be possible, so the sooner you contact us, the better.
If your delivery arrives damaged or isn’t the item you ordered, take a clear photo and send it to support@zymofa.com. We’ll make sure you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.
